摘　　要：介绍程红亮教授芒针透刺治疗中风后吞咽功能障碍经验。程红亮教授将中风后吞咽功能障碍病机概括为“阴阳失调,脑府失用,咽喉经筋受累”,在此基础上采用芒针弯刺天突、深刺全知、足三里透刺三阴交治疗该病,手法精湛,疗效突出,值得临床应用和推广。Introducing CHENG Hongliang’s experience in treating post-stroke swallowing dysfunction with acupuncture.Professor CHENG Hongliang summarized the pathogenesis of swallowing dysfunction after stroke as“imbalance of yin and yang,apraxia of the brain,and involvement of the throat meridians”.On this basis,the patient was treated with the use of curved needling of Tiantu,deep needling of Quanzhi,and thorough needling of Zusanli at Sanyinjiao.It has exquisite techniques and outstanding curative effect,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
