摘　　要：头痛为临床常见病、多发病,内伤头痛相对外感头痛更为常见,且常反复发作,时作时止,严重影响人们的情绪及生活质量。头为“诸阳之会”“清阳之府”,手足三阳经皆上会于头面,六腑清阳之气及五脏精血皆上注于头,为至清至高之处。外感六淫或内伤诸疾,皆可导致气机逆乱,进而引起以头痛为主要临床表现的一类疾病。内伤头痛常因饮食劳倦、情志失调、房劳过度、头部外伤及病后体虚等诱发,可表现为胀痛、剧痛、刺痛、闷痛、隐痛、空痛等,与风、火、痰、瘀、虚等致病因素相关。总结于志强教授治疗头痛的治疗思路,“内伤杂病,从肝论治”,治疗以开郁为先,郁滞一开,则气血通畅,诸病自愈;临证配伍应用川芎,酌加风药,善用虫类药及引经药等经验,疗效显著。附验案1则。Headache is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinical practice.Internal injury headache is more common than exogenous headache.It often occurs repeatedly and sometimes stops,which seriously affects people’s mood and quality of life.The head is the“meeting of all Yangs”and the“house of clear Yang”.The three yang meridians of the hands and feet all meet on the head and face.The clear Yang Qi of the six internal organs and the essence and blood of the five internal organs are all injected into the head,which is the most pure and high place.Exogenous exogenous diseases or internal injuries can cause Qi disorders,which can lead to a type of disease with headache as the main clinical manifestation.Internal injury headaches are often caused by dietary fatigue,emotional disorders,overwork in the house,head trauma,and physical weakness after illness.They can manifest as swelling,severe pain,tingling,dull pain,dull pain,empty pain,etc.,and are related to wind,It is related to pathogenic factors such as fire,phlegm,blood stasis,and deficiency.Summarizing Professor YU Zhiqiang’s treatment ideas for treating headaches,“Internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases are treated from the perspective of the liver.”The treatment is to relieve stagnation first.Once the stagnation is relieved,the Qi and blood will be unobstructed and all diseases will heal themselves.For clinical syndrome compatibility,Ligusticum Chuanxiong should be used.The curative effect is remarkable by adding wind medicine and making good use of insecticides and menstruation-inducing medicines.Attached is 1 case study.
