李佩芳刺络拔罐法治疗肺经风热型痤疮经验浅析

摘　　要：痤疮,西医认为是一类毛囊皮脂腺的慢性、炎症性反应,好发于皮脂腺丰富的部位,作为皮肤疾病,痤疮本身不会给患者带来生命威胁,但治疗不当可造成面部皮肤损毁,进而导致一系列身心疾病,需要引起我们足够的重视。李佩芳教授,安徽省针灸医院脑病二科主任,第2届江淮名医,安徽省名医,全国名老中医学术继承人,安徽中医药大学第二附属医院博士研究生导师,主持多项国家、省级科研项目,享安徽省政府津贴,从事针灸临床、教学工作30余年,运用刺络拔罐法治疗肺经风热型痤疮取得了非常好的临床疗效。李教授认为,肺经风热型痤疮的主要病位在肺,多因风、热等外邪侵袭,郁闭肌表,久之则经络不通,气血瘀滞而发为痤疮,使用刺络拔罐法可以透邪外出,祛瘀生新,使痤疮消。文章浅析其治疗经验并附经典医案一则。Acne is considered by Western medicine to be a chronic,inflammatory reaction of pilosebaceous glands,which tends to occur in areas with abundant sebaceous glands.As a skin disease,acne itself does not pose a life threat to the patient,but improper treatment can cause facial skin damage,and then Leading to a series of physical and mental diseases,we need to pay enough attention.Professor LI Peifang,director of the second department of encephalopathy at Anhui Acupuncture Hospital,the 2nd Jianghuai Famous Doctor,an Anhui Province Famous Doctor,a nationally renowned academic heir to traditional Chinese medicine,a doctoral supervisor at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and presided over a number of national and provincial scientific research projects,enjoys subsidies from the Anhui Provincial Government,has been engaged in acupuncture clinical and teaching work for more than 30 years,and has achieved very good clinical results by using pricking and cupping to treat acne caused by wind and heat in the lung meridian.Professor Li believes that the main disease location of lung meridian wind-heat type acne is in the lungs.It is mostly caused by the invasion of wind,heat and other external evils,which stagnates the muscle surface.Over time,the meridians will be blocked,Qi and blood stasis will lead to acne,and pricking and cupping are used.The method can drive out evil spirits,remove blood stasis,regenerate new energy,and make acne disappear.This article briefly analyzes his treatment experience and attaches a classic medical case.
