基于“治肺不远温”理论应用加味小青龙汤治疗寒性咳嗽临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价基于“治肺不远温”理论应用加味小青龙汤治疗寒性性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将符合寒性咳嗽诊断标准的72例患者随机分为2组。对照组予复方福尔可定口服液口服,有痰者加用祛痰药物乙酰半胱氨酸胶囊口服,治疗组予患者予加味小青龙汤口服,2组患者疗程均为1周,治疗1周后评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗后的咳嗽程度、莱塞斯特生命质量问卷(LCQ)、中医证候积分均有改善,治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有效率及咳嗽缓解时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味小青龙汤可显著改善寒性咳嗽患者的咳嗽程度、LCQ、中医证候积分,缩短患者用药时间,提高临床疗效,无不良反应,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of cold cough based on the theory of“treating the lungs without dissipating heat”.Methods:72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for cold cough were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was given compound pholcodine oral liquid,and those with phlegm were given the expectorant drug acetylcysteine capsules orally.The patients in the treatment group were given modified Xiaoqinglong decoction orally.The course of treatment for the patients in both groups was 1 week,and the treatment was 1 Clinical efficacy was evaluated every week.Results:After treatment,the cough degree,Leicester Life Quality Questionnaire(LCQ),and TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group were improved,and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the effective rate of the treatment group was and The cough relief time was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction can significantly improve the cough degree,LCQ,and TCM syndrome scores in patients with cold cough,shorten the patient’s medication time,and improve the clinical efficacy without adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
