子午流注理论指导下穴位贴敷在多节段腰椎间盘突出症术后腹胀、便秘护理中的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨子午流注理论指导下穴位贴敷对多节段腰椎间盘突出症术后腹胀、便秘的护理效果。方法:将84例多节段腰椎间盘突出症术后患者作为研究对象,随机分3组,每组28例患者,分别给予A组患者术后常规护理,B组术后常规护理+非子午流注穴位贴敷护理,C组术后常规护理+子午流注穴位贴敷护理。比较术后72h内3组患者护理后各时间段的腹胀证候评分、术后(0~24h、24~48h、48~72h、>72h)各时间段的腹胀缓解和肛门首次排气人数、术后(24~48h、48~72h、>72h)各时间段首次排便人数、临床治疗效果。结果:在多节段腰椎间盘突出症术后的48h和72h内常规护理+子午流注穴位贴敷护理组在改善术后腹胀、促进肛门首次排气和首次排便3个方面的疗效均比其他2组明显(P<0.05)。结论:子午流注理论指导下穴位贴敷能在早期有效改善多节段腰椎间盘突出症术后腹胀症状、促进早期肛门排气和减少便秘发生率,减轻患者术后痛苦。Objective:To explore the nursing effect of acupoint application under the guidance of Ziwu flow theory on abdominal distension and constipation after multi-segment lumbar disc herniation.Methods:84 patients with postoperative multi-level lumbar disc herniation were taken as the research subjects and randomly divided into 3 groups,with 28 patients in each group.Patients in group A were given routine postoperative care,and patients in group B were given routine postoperative care+non-meridian flow.Note acupoint application care,Group C postoperative routine care+Ziwu Liuzhu acupoint application care.Compare the abdominal distension syndrome scores of the three groups of patients within 72 hours after surgery at each time period after care,the abdominal distension relief and the number of first anal flatus at each time period after surgery(0 to 24h,24 to 48h,48 to 72h,>72h),The number of first bowel movements at each time period after surgery(24-48h,48-72h,>72h)and clinical treatment effects.Results:Within 48 hours and 72 hours after multi-level lumbar disc herniation surgery,the conventional nursing+Ziwu Liuzhu acupoint application nursing group was more effective than the other groups in improving postoperative abdominal distension,promoting the first exhaust gas in the anus and the first defecation.2 groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application under the guidance of Ziwu Liuzhu theory can effectively improve the postoperative abdominal distension symptoms of multi-segment lumbar disc herniation in the early stage,promote early anal exhaust and reduce the incidence of constipation,and alleviate the postoperative pain of patients.
