摘　　要：微血管性心绞痛在临床上属于冠心病的一种,患者通常表现有发作性不适等阳性症状,而实验室检查等结果为阴性,病情的反复发作也使得患者的生活质量严重降低。由于现代医学尚不完全明确该病的发病机理,因此仍没有特效药医治。中医学将其纳为“胸痹心痛病”的范畴,正气亏虚,邪气痹阻心脉是基本病机。近年间,中医对于微血管性心绞痛发病机制、药物治疗进行了一系列的研究,现对中医药在微血管性心绞痛相关方面的研究成果进行探讨,为中医治疗该病提供证据思路,更好地解决临床问题。Micro-vascular angina is clinically a type of coronary heart disease.Patients usually present with positive symptoms such as episodic discomfort,while laboratory tests and other results are negative.Repeated episodes of the disease also seriously reduce the patient’s quality of life.Since modern medicine has not fully understood the pathogenesis of the disease,there is still no specific drug treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine has classified it as“chest obstruction and heart pain disease”.Deficiency of healthy qi and obstruction of the heart vessels by evil Qi are the basic pathogenesis.In recent years,Chinese medicine has conducted a series of studies on the pathogenesis and drug treatment of MVA.Now we will discuss the research results of Chinese medicine on micro-vascular angina to provide evidence and ideas for Chinese medicine to treat this disease and better solve clinical problems.
