摘　　要：目的探究结直肠癌间质中CD86、CD206表达与结直肠癌患者预后的相关性。方法利用免疫组化技术检测46例结直肠癌患者组织中CD86和CD206的表达状态,并比较其对预后的影响,揭示其与临床因素的相关性。结果CD86、CD206的表达水平与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、肿瘤部位以及分化程度均无关;与结直肠癌组织的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、肿瘤远处转移以及TNM分期关联密切(P<0.05)。富集分析显示CD86和CD206主要富集在癌症相关免疫反应、信号通路的激活、细胞黏附等。单因素和多因素COX回归分析显示CD86表达是一个独立的预后因素(P<0.01);而CD206分析结果差异无统计学意义。构建了用于预测结直肠癌患者总生存期的模型,其结果显示CD86低表达患者总生存率优于高表达患者(P<0.05),而CD206的结果并不理想。结论CD86可能作为结直肠癌患者预后的有效标志物,为结直肠癌预后提供了更多的可能,而CD206作为患者预后指标有待进一步研究。Objective To determine the correlation between the expression of CD86 and CD206 in the interstitial of colorectal cancer and the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods The expression of CD86 and CD206 in the tissues of 46 patients with colorectal cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry.The influence of CD86 and CD206 expression on the prognosis was compared to reveal the correlation with clinical factors.Results The expression levels of CD86 and CD206 were not related to patients'age,sex,tumor size,tumor site and differentiation degree.However,they were closely associated with the depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis,distant tumor metastasis and TNM stage of colorectal cancer(P<0.05).Cluster enrichment analysis showed that CD86 and CD206 were mainly enriched in cancer-related immune responses,signaling pathway activation,and cell adhesion.Univariate and multivariate COX regression showed that CD86 expression was an independent prognostic factor(P<0.01),while CD206 expression had poor prognostic efficacy.A model was established to predict the overall survival rate of patients with colorectal cancer.Patients with low expression of CD86 had better overall survival(P<0.05),while the CD206 were not satisfactory.Conclusion CD86 may be used as an effective marker,and provide reference for the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients,while CD206 as a prognostic indicator needs further verfication.
