摘　　要：习近平党建思想坚持习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的世界观和方法论,继承发展马克思主义党建学说,科学回答了“建设什么样的长期执政的马克思主义政党、怎样建设长期执政的马克思主义政党”这一时代课题,形成了“十三个坚持”的科学体系,深刻阐明了党的建设的根本原则、科学布局、价值追求、重点任务,为全党加强党的建设和做好其他一切工作提供了总遵循、总依据、总指引,标志着马克思主义党建学说发展进入了新阶段。Xi Jinping thought on Party building adheres to the worldview and methodology of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,inheriting and developing the Marxist Party building theory,and scientifically answering the contemporary questions:“What kind of long-term governing Marxist political party should be built?How to build the long-term governing Marxist political party?”Xi Jinping thought on Party building has formed a scientific system of the“Thirteen Persistence”.The scientific system profoundly clarifies the fundamental principles,scientific layout,value pursuits,and key tasks of Party building,providing general compliance,general basis and general guidance for comprehensively strengthening the Party building and doing all other work well,which marks that the development of Marxist Party building theory has been entered a new stage.
