摘　　要：近年来,我国肝病发生率居高不下,已成为实施健康中国战略的重大障碍。探其原因,主要与肝病发病机制的复杂性和多样性密切相关,寻找开发综合效益高的保肝药物一直是人类面临的共同挑战。中药具有生物活性丰富、安全性高和成本低等优点,是预防和治疗肝脏疾病的重要手段。本文分析了近年来各类急性肝损伤的发生机制,并总结了部分经典中药治疗急性肝损伤的作用机制,旨在为相关疾病的治疗提供新思路。In recent years,the high incidence of liver diseases in China has become a major obstacle to the implementation of the Healthy China strategy.It is mainly closely related to the complexity and diversity of the pathogenesis of liver diseases.Finding and developing liver protection drugs with high overall efficacy has always been a common challenge faced by mankind.Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of rich biological activity,high safety and low cost,and is an important means to prevent and treat liver diseases.This paper analyzes the mechanism of various types of acute liver injury in recent years and summarizes the mechanism of action of some classical Chinese medicines in treating acute liver injury,aiming to provide new ideas for the treatment of related diseases.
