摘　　要：目的 探讨猪苓汤联合穴位贴敷治疗肾虚湿热型复发性尿路感染的临床疗效。方法 选取肾虚湿热型复发性尿路感染患者共72例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组36例。在抗感染基础上,对照组予穴位贴敷,试验组予猪苓汤联合穴位贴敷。比较中医证候积分、中医证候疗效、尿白细胞计数、临床疗效及复发率。结果 治疗2周后,试验组中医证候积分低于对照组,中医证候疗效优于对照组,尿白细胞计数低于对照组,临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗结束后随访6个月发现,对照组复发率与试验组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 猪苓汤联合穴位贴敷是肾虚湿热型复发性尿路感染患者的有效治疗方案,疗效确切,值得应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of zhuling decoction combined with acupoint application in treating recurrent urinary tract infection of kidney deficiency dampness-heat type.Methods 72 patients with recurrent urinary tract infection of kidney deficiency dampness-heat type were selected and randomly divided into the control group and experimental group,with 36 cases in each group.Besides treatment of antibiotic anti-infection,the control group was treated with acupoint application,while the experimental group was treated with Zhuling decoction combined with acupoint application.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,TCM syndrome efficacy,urinary white blood cell count,clinical effect and recurrence were compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of experimental group was lower than that of control group,the TCM syndrome effect was better than that of control group,the urinary white blood cell count was lower than that of control group,and the clinical effect was better than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhuling decoction combined with acupoint application is an effective scheme for recurrent urinary tract infection of kidney deficiency dampness-heat type,and is worthy of clinical application.
