摘　　要：目的 探究畅中固肠方治疗肝郁脾虚型腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效,为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年5月安徽中医药大学第二附属医院脾胃病科门诊收治的肠易激综合征腹泻型患者80例,随机分为2组。试验组采用自拟畅中固肠方治疗;对照组采用马来酸曲美布汀胶囊联合匹维溴铵治疗。比较2组患者临床总体疗效、中医证候积分及IBS-QOL评分。结果 试验组治疗总有效率优于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 畅中固肠方治疗肝郁脾虚型腹泻型肠易激综合征可显著改善患者的症状,对临床治疗具有一定的指导意义。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Changzhong Guchang prescription in the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,and to provide reference basis for clinical medical treatment.Methods 80 patients with d diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome treated in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to May 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with self-designed Changzhong Guchang prescription.The control group was treated with trimebutine maleate capsule combined with piveronium bromide.The overall clinical effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and IBS-QOL score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Changzhong Guchang prescription can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,which has certain guiding significance for clinical treatment.
