摘　　要：目的 分析针刺配合竹圈盐灸对轻中度膝骨关节炎患者的治疗效果。方法 选取莆田学院附属医院2021年1月—2022年2月收治的轻中度膝骨关节炎患者72例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组。其中观察组采用针刺配合竹圈盐灸治疗,对照组则采用针刺配合红外线(TDP)治疗。采用疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)量表评分对2组患者治疗前后膝关节疼痛、压痛程度、肿胀度、活动度功能进行评价,并评定2组疗效。结果 治疗后观察组的VAS评分、疼痛评分、僵硬评分、日常活动功能评分以及WOMAC总评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。且观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针刺配合竹圈盐灸对轻中度KOA患者疗效确切,可明显减轻患者疼痛,改善膝关节功能,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and bamboo-salt moxibustion on patients with mild to moderate knee arthritis.Methods Seventy-two patients with mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.The observation group was treated with acupuncture and bamboo-salt moxibustion.The control group was treated with acupuncture and TDP.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score and osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)score were used to evaluate the pain,degree of knee tenderness,swelling and range of motion before and after treatment,and evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS score,pain score,stiffness score,daily activity function score and WOMAC total score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and bamboo-salt moxibustion has definite therapeutic effect on mild and moderate knee arthritis,it can obviously relieve the pain of patients,improve the knee joint function,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
