摘　　要：目的观察耳穴压豆改善多发性骨髓瘤(Multiple myeloma,MM)患者使用含硼替佐米(Bortezomib,BTZ)方案化疗不良反应的临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月—2022年7月收治的、采用含BTZ方案进行早期化疗的MM患者,随机分为观察组(35例)和对照组(29例)。对照组给予口服盐酸昂丹司琼片,观察组在对照组的基础上联合耳穴压豆。比较2组患者化疗后恶心呕吐、腹泻、便秘、周围神经毒性等发生情况。结果观察组恶心呕吐、腹泻、便秘、周围神经毒性发生率小于对照组,严重程度较轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆可改善MM患者使用含BTZ方案化疗后的不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical effect of auricular point pressing with beans on the side effects of patients with multiple myeloma(MM)treated with a chemotherapy regimen containing bortezomib(BTZ).Methods From February 2017 to July 2022,MM patients who received early chemotherapy regimen containing BTZ were selected and randomly divided into observation group of 35 cases and control group of 29 cases.The control group was given oral Ondansetron hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with auricular point pressing with beans on the basis of the control group.The occurrence of nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,constipation and peripheral neurotoxicity after chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,constipation and peripheral neurotoxicity in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the severity was less severe,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressing with beans can improve the side effects of patients with MM treated with a chemotherapy regimen containing BTZ.
