摘　　要：目的 探讨温针灸联合中频脉冲电刺激治疗产后尿潴留的效果。方法 选取2019年8月—2022年3月江西抚州南丰县人民医院收治的产后尿潴留患者84例,以信封法随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予新斯的明治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予温针灸联合中频脉冲电刺激治疗。比较2组疗效、排尿情况和膀胱功能。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组首次排尿时间和膀胱残余尿量、膀胱初感容积、最大尿流率以及最大尿流率时逼尿肌压力情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 温针灸联合中频脉冲电刺激能明显改善产后尿潴留患者的排尿情况和膀胱功能,效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of warming needle moxibustion combined with medium frequency pulse electric stimulation in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention.Methods A total of 84 patients with postpartum urinary retention admitted to Nanfeng County People's Hospital from August 2019 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by envelope method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with neostigmine,and the observation group was treated with warming needle moxibustion combined with medium frequency pulse electric stimulation.The efficacy,urination and bladder function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the first urination time and bladder residual urine volume were shorter/less than that of the control group(P<0.05),the bladder initial sensing volume,the maximum urine flow rate and the detrusor pressure at the maximum urine flow rate were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming needle moxibustion combined with medium frequency pulse electric stimulation can obviously improve the urination and bladder function of patients with postpartum urinary retention.
