银翘解毒汤联合小剂量泼尼松治疗亚甲炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨银翘解毒汤联合小剂量泼尼松治疗亚急性甲状腺炎(Subacute thyroiditis, SAT)的临床疗效。方法 将溧阳市中医医院收治的60例SAT患者,随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组予基础治疗联合醋酸泼尼松片口服;观察组予基础治疗联合银翘解毒汤及醋酸泼尼松片口服。观察2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、甲状腺功能、红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白、复发率。结果 观察组在提高临床总有效率、降低中医证候积分、改善甲状腺功能、降低炎症水平方面均优于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率及随访6个月复发率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 银翘解毒汤联合小剂量泼尼松治疗SAT可提高疗效,加快甲状腺功能恢复,减少不良反应,降低复发率。Objective To discuss clinical effect of Yinqiao Jiedu decoction combined with low-dose prednisone on subacute thyroiditis.Methods Sixty cases of subthyroiditis who were treated in Liyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into an observation group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The control group received basic treatment combined with prednisone acetate tablets 30mg/day.The observation group received basic treatment combined with Yinqiao Jiedu decoction and prednisone acetate tablets 15mg/day.Before and after treatment of the two groups,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,thyroid function,serum erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein,recurrence rate were observed.Results The observation group was superior to the control group in improving the total clinical effective rate,reducing the TCM syndrome score,improving thyroid function and reducing the level of inflammation(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate after six months follow-up in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinqiao Jiedu decoction combined with low-dose prednisone in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis can improve the curative effect,speed up the recovery of thyroid function,and reduce adverse reactions and recurrence rate.
