归脾汤治疗脾虚血瘀型慢性胃炎伴失眠

摘　　要：慢性胃炎为消化系统常见疾病,属于中医“胃痛、胃痞”范畴。临床可引发多种并发症,失眠亦为其中一类。自《黄帝内经》开始,历代医家多从“胃不和”论治“卧不安”,认为失眠与脾胃有一定关系。对于慢性胃炎患者尤其要重视其睡眠情况,二者同治,胃和则卧自安,心神宁,脾胃调则疾病向愈。脾胃不和,精、气生成运行障碍,营卫失调,阴阳不交则睡眠不安,亦可加重慢性胃炎病情。此文主要讨论刘维忠教授以归脾汤加减治疗脾虚血瘀型慢性胃炎伴失眠,总结其临床用药经验,以补气健脾,活血化瘀为治法,达到胃和则卧自安的目的。Chronic gastritis is a common disease of digestive system,belonging to the category of stomachache and gastric distension in traditional Chinese medicine.It can cause many complications in clinic,and insomnia is also one of them.Since the Huangdi Neijing,doctors in the past dynasties have mostly discussed the treatment of restlessness from stomach disharmony.It is believed that insomnia has a certain relationship with spleen and stomach.For patients with chronic gastritis,we should pay special attention to their sleep conditions,both of them can be treated together.When the stomach is in harmony,the patient will lie at peace,and the heart is calm.When the spleen and stomach are adjusted,the disease will heal.Disharmony between the spleen and stomach,disturbance of the production and operation of essence and qi,imbalance of camp and health,imbalance of yin and yang,restlessness of sleep,and aggravation of chronic gastritis.This article mainly discussed Professor Liu Weizhong's treatment of insomnia with chronic gastritis of spleen deficiency and blood stasis by Guipi decoction,summarized his clinical medication experience,and took invigorating qi and spleen,promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis as the treatment method to achieve the goal of stomach harmony and recumbency.
