中药封包联合腹部按摩对产后宫缩痛和子宫复旧的护理观察

摘　　要：目的 探究中药封包联合腹部按摩对产后宫缩痛和子宫复旧的影响。方法 选取2019年3月—2022年2月上饶广丰区妇幼保健院收治的自然分娩产妇81例,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,对照组41例给予产后常规护理,观察组40例在对照组基础上给予中药封包联合腹部按摩,比较2组产后宫缩痛程度、宫底高度下降幅度、子宫入盆腔内时间和恶露干净时间。结果 观察组护理第1、2、3天的宫缩痛VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),宫底高度下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);子宫入盆腔内时间和恶露干净时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中药封包护理联合按摩可缓解自然分娩产妇产后宫缩痛,促进子宫复旧,对产妇早日康复有重要意义。Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with abdominal massage for nursing of postoperative uterine contraction pain and uterine involution.Methods From March 2019 to February 2022,a total of 81 cases of parturient women in natural delivery admitted to Guangfeng Maternal and Child Health Hospital were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.41 cases in the control group were given routine postpartum care,and 40 cases in the observation group were given Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with abdominal massage on the basis of the control group.The degree of uterine contraction pain,the decrease of uterine floor height,the time of uterus entering the pelvic cavity and the time of lochia cleaning were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of uterine pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the 1st,2nd and 3rd day of nursing(P<0.05),and the decrease of fundal height was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of uterine entry into pelvic cavity and lochia clearance were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with abdominal massage can relieve the pain of uterine contractions and promote the hysteresis of parturient women,which is of great significance to the early recovery of parturient women.
