摘　　要：金属腐蚀严重影响金属设备的使用寿命,涂覆防腐涂料是保护金属设备、延长其使用寿命的有效手段。环氧树脂涂料耐腐蚀性优异且附着力强,是金属设备防腐涂料中应用最为广泛的涂料之一。简要分析了环氧树脂涂料的防腐作用机理,并对近年来国内外环氧树脂防腐涂料的研究进展进行了总结,重点关注了纳米填料改性环氧树脂涂料和水性环氧树脂乳液涂料。同时归纳了现阶段环氧树脂防腐涂料仍需解决的问题,并对未来环氧树脂防腐涂料的改性研究方向进行了展望。Metal corrosion significantly impacts the lifespan of metal equipment,and the application of anti⁃corrosive coatings is an effective method to protect equipment and extend its service life.Epoxy resin coatings,known for their excellent corrosion resistance and strong adhe⁃sion,are among the most widely used in the anti⁃corrosion coatings of metal equipment.In this paper,the anti⁃corrosion mechanism of epoxy resin coatings was briefly analyzed.The research progress of epoxy resin anticorrosion coatings at home and abroad in recent years was summa⁃rized,focusing on nano⁃filler modified epoxy resin coatings and waterborne epoxy resin emulsion coatings.At the same time,the problems that still needed to be solved at the present stage of epoxy resin anticorrosion coatings were summarized,and the future research direction of the modification of epoxy resin anticorrosion coatings was envisioned.
