摘 要:为了研究开挖速率对注浆后岩体破坏机制的影响,利用岩石刚性试验机和声发射设备对砂岩裂隙注浆体开展加载与监测试验,研究不同加载速率与不同裂隙倾角影响下注浆体的力学特性及声发射时空演化特征。结果表明:随加载速率增加,相同裂隙倾角注浆体试件峰值强度逐渐上升,且注浆体试件的峰值强度低于完整试件;在裂隙倾角为15°~45°时,注浆体试件峰值强度主要受加载速率影响增加而增大;裂隙倾角为60°时,峰值强度主要受裂隙倾角影响随加载速率增加变化规律与之相反;注浆体变形模量与峰值强度变化特征基本一致,弹性模量总体呈下降趋势,且裂隙倾角对注浆体试件弹性模量影响程度大于加载速率;以裂隙倾角45°为例,分析了声发射振铃计数与加载曲线对应关系可以发现,应力突降对应声发射振铃数骤增,反之则不一定;加载速率大小与峰前“平静期”的产生及持续时间有着密切关系;声发射事件点主要集中在注浆固结体内部,且随着加载速率增加,事件点的个数呈逐渐减少趋势,此现象可为相应的裂隙注浆岩体工程施工提供灾害预测及理论指导。In order to study the influences of excavation rate on the failure mechanism of grouted rock mass,loading and monitoring tests were carried out on sandstone fractured grouts by using rock rigidity testing machine and acoustic emission equipment,and the mechanical properties of grouts and the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of acoustic emission under the influence of different loading rates and different fracture inclination angles were studied.The results show that:with the increase of loading rate,the peak strength of grouted specimens with the same crack inclination gradually increases,and the peak strength of grouted specimens is lower than that of intact specimens.When the dip angle of the crack is 15°~45°,the peak strength of the grout specimen is mainly affected by the increase of loading rate.When the crack inclination angle is 60°,the peak strength is mainly affected by the crack inclination angle,and the change law with the increase of loading rate is opposite.The deformation modulus of grouting body is basically consistent with the change characteristics of peak strength,and the elastic modulus generally shows a downward trend,and the influence of crack inclination angle on the elastic modulus of grouting body specimen is greater than the loading rate.Taking the fracture dip angle of 45°as an example,the corresponding relationship between acoustic emission ringing count and loading curve is analyzed.It can be found that the sudden drop of stress corresponds to the sudden increase of acoustic emission ringing count,but vice versa.The loading rate is closely related to the occurrence and duration of the"quiet period"before the peak.Acoustic emission incident points are mainly concentrated in the grouting consolidation body,and with the increase of loading rate,the number of incident points decreases gradually.This phenomenon can provide disaster prediction and theoretical guidance for the corresponding crack grouting rock mass engineering construction.
