基于治未病思想防治中青年项痹

摘　　要：项痹是中医骨伤科的常见筋骨病,随着电子设备的广泛应用,年轻患者占比不断上升,该患病群体以颈型颈椎病为主,是颈椎病的初发阶段,也是最佳治疗时期,若给予合理、系统的防治措施,可取得较好的临床疗效,但目前对于该病的治疗缺乏足够重视,多在症状明显时给予针对性治疗,短期疗效较好,长期效果欠佳,容易反复发作,缺少一套多层次、系统化的防治方案。中医“治未病”思想是中国传统医学的精髓,它将预防、治疗、防复发融为一体,即便是在当代也不失其先进性,此文通过查阅既往研究,结合临床中的诊治体会,基于“治未病”思想从中青年项痹的发病特点、辨证分型及临床诊治等方面探讨该病的系统防治策略,以期为该病的临床防治提供参考。Cervical spondylosis is a common muscle and bone disease in orthopedics and traumatology department of traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,with the wide application of electronic equipment,the proportion of young patients has been increasing.This disease group is mainly cervical spondylosis,which is the initial stage of cervical spondylosis and the best treatment period.If reasonable and systematic prevention and treatment measures are given,better clinical curative effect can be achieved and further transmission of the disease can be avoided.However,at present,there is a lack of enough attention to the treatment of the disease.Most of them give targeted treatment when the symptoms are obvious.The short-term curative effect is good,the long-term effect is poor,and it is easy to relapse.At present,there is a lack of a multi-level and systematic prevention and treatment plan in clinic.The theory of“preventive treatment of disease”is the quintessence of traditional Chinese medicine.It integrates prevention,treatment and prevention of relapse.Even in the contemporary era,it is not losing its advanced nature.This article,by consulting previous studies and combining with clinical experience,based on the idea of“preventive treatment of disease”,discussed the systematic prevention and control strategies from the aspects of onset,characteristics,dialectical classification and clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease,in order to provide reference for the clinical prevention and treatment of the disease.
