摘　　要：王晓燕教授根据30余年临床经验,结合八纲辨证思想治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎。因小儿发病容易、传变迅速,外邪侵袭太阳,往往表证未解迅速入里呈半表半里之少阳,正邪交争继犯于胃之阳明,因此易出现三阳合病的情况。王老师在以清热解毒利咽为基本治则的基础上,运用三阳清解之法,治疗的同时又可防其传变,遣方用药平和,注重对小儿脾胃的顾护。此文从病因病机、学术思辨、临床验案等方面对王老师治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的经验进行总结分析,王老师的诊病思路。According to more than 30 years of clinical experience,combined with syndrome differentiation of eight principles,Professor Wang Xiaoyan dealt with infantile herpangina.Because the onset of children is easy,the transmission is rapid,and the external evil invades the yang,the exterior syndrome is often not solved quickly into the Shaoyang,which is half of the exterior and half of the Shaoyang,and the interaction of the healthy qi and the evil qi is inherited from the Yangming of the stomach,so it is easy to appear the situation of three yang combined disease.On the basis of clearing heat,detoxifying and relieving sore throat as the basic treatment principle,Professor Wang used the method of three yang clearing and resolving to prevent its transmission and change while treating it.This paper analyzed and summarized Professor Wang’s experience in treating infantile herpangina from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,academic speculation and clinical cases,and understood Professor Wang’s diagnosis and treatment ideas.
