摘　　要：介绍谷万里教授对心脑病病因病机的认识及临床用药经验。谷万里教授认为心脑病的病因为素体气虚或阳虚、饮食不节或七情所伤,病机多责之于痰,又常兼挟虚、郁、瘀、火等;在治疗方面主张以治痰为主,并根据所兼挟的他证不同而进行分证论治。其临证发现,心脑疾病常相互伴发、互为因果,且在病因及病机演变等方面具有高度一致性,故强调“心脑同治”。This article introduced Gu Wanli’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of cardio-cerebral diseases and his clinical medication experience.Professor Gu Wanli believes that cardio-cerebral diseases are caused by deficiency of qi or yang in the body,improper diet or emotional injury.Their pathogenesis is mostly phlegm,and often combined with deficiency,depression,blood stasis,fire,etc.Professor Gu Wanli believes that the treatment of cardio-cerebral diseases is mainly to treat phlegm,and changes treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Professor Gu Wanli found that cardio-cerebral diseases often accompany and cause each other,and are highly consistent in terms of etiology and pathogenesis evolution.Therefore,Professor Gu Wanli emphasized the simultaneous and same treatment of cardio-cerebral diseases.
