摘　　要：围绝经期综合征是妇科门诊常见病,多数医家治疗围绝经期综合征时认为肾虚是根本,多从肾论治;孙红燕老师从事妇科临床多年,在治疗围绝经症状方面经验丰富,善于从心、肝论治围绝经综合征,孙老师认为随着现代社会生活节奏增快、社会压力增大,心肝失调多是现代围绝经症状发生的关键因素,临床多用“丹栀逍遥散、小柴胡汤、柏子仁汤、当归芍药散”等加减,灵活遣方用药,随症加减,取得了显著的疗效。因此,此文将从心肝的生理功能、经络、解剖联系及临床应用来阐述从心肝论治围绝经期综合征的思路,附典型医案1则以验证。Perimenopausal syndrome is a common disease in gynecological outpatient department.Most doctors think that kidney deficiency is the root cause when treating perimenopausal syndrome.Professor Sun Hongyan has been engaged in gynecology clinical practice for many years and has rich experience in treating perimenopausal symptoms,and is good at treating perimenopausal syndrome from the heart and liver.Professor Sun thinks that the pace of life increases with the modern society and social pressures,the key factors of modern perimenopausal symptoms from heart and liver disorder.In clinical practice,Danzhi Xiaoyao powder,Xiaochaihu decoction,Baiziren decoction,Danggui Shaoyao powder flexible prescription medication has achieved significant effect.Therefore,this paper will elaborate the idea of treating perimenopausal syndrome from the perspective of physiological functions,meridians,anatomical links and clinical application of heart and liver,and attached a typical case for verification.
