鳔蛭毓精饮合定向透药法治疗精索静脉曲张不育症临床观察

摘　　要：目的 研究鳔蛭毓精饮合定向透药法治疗肾虚血瘀型精索静脉曲张不育症患者的临床疗效。方法 将80例精索静脉曲张男性不育症患者,按就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组予鳔蛭毓精饮每日1剂,1个月为1个周期,连续治疗3个周期;配合中医定向透药治疗,每日治疗30 min,连续3个周期。对照组予中医定向透药法治疗,每日30 min,连续治疗3个周期。结果 治疗后观察组精子各项参数均高于对照组,观察组精索静脉血管管径小于对照组,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 鳔蛭毓精饮合定向透药法对于肾虚血瘀型精索静脉曲张合并不育患者临床治疗效果明显,可改善患者精索静脉曲张临床症状,提高精子活力。Objective To study the clinical effect of Biaozhi Yujing drink combined with directional penetration therapy on infertility patients with varicocele of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods 80 male infertility patients with varicocele were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of treatment.The observation group was treated with Biaozhi Yujing drink once a day,which was set as a cycle every month,and was treated for 3 consecutive cycles,and combined with directional penetration therapy,the treatment lasted for 30 minutes every day for 3 consecutive cycles.The control group was treated with directional penetration therapy of Chinese medicine for 30 minutes a day for 3 consecutive cycles.Results After treatment,the sperm parameters in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the diameter of spermatic vein in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,and the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Biaozhi Yujing drink and directional drug penetration has obvious clinical effect on the infertility patients with varicocele of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and can improve the clinical symptoms of varicocele and sperm vitality.
