骨刺消止痛膏治疗腰痹所致遗溺38例

摘　　要：目的观察运用自拟骨刺消止痛膏外敷治疗腰痹引起遗溺的疗效。方法河南省南阳市卧龙区中医院脊椎病专科2016年6月—2021年6月所收治因腰痹引起的遗溺患者76例,用随机双盲法分为治疗组、对照组各38例。2组患者均以腰椎牵引作为基础治疗,治疗组在基础上加用骨刺消止痛膏外敷。对照组在基础上外用壮骨麝香止痛膏治疗。治疗后,比较2组患者影像学特征严重程度积分、尿失禁问卷简表(ICIQ-SF)评分、尿失禁生活质量问卷(I-QOL)评分、中医证候积分、SF-36生活质量评分、疗效。结果治疗组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论自拟骨刺消止痛膏治疗因腰痹所引起遗溺疗效确切,有进一步应用研究价值。Objective To observe the curative effect of Gucixiao Zhitong ointment in the treatment of enuresis induced by lumbar arthritis.Methods From June 2016 to June 2021,76 patients with enuresis induced by lumbar arthritis treated in Wolong District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into treatment group and control group by random double-blind method,with 38 cases in each.Lumbar traction was used as the basic treatment in both groups.The treatment group was treated with external application of Gucixiao Zhitong ointment.The control group was treated with external application of Zhuanggu Shexiang Zhitong ointment.After treatment,imaging features severity score,urinary incontinence Questionnaire Brief Form(ICIQ-SF)score,urinary incontinence Quality of Life questionnaire(I-QOL)score,TCM syndrome score,SF-36 quality of life score and curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Gucixiao Zhitong ointment in the treatment of enuresis induced by lumbar arthritis has definitely curative effect,and has further application and research value.
