温针灸联合颈复康颗粒治疗神经根型颈椎病30例

摘　　要：目的探讨温针灸联合颈复康颗粒对神经根型颈椎病(风寒阻络型)的治疗效果。方法选入2021年1月—2022年1月收治的60例神经根型颈椎病(风寒阻络型)患者,按治疗方法分为联合组和温针灸组,各30例。联合组以温针灸联合颈复康颗粒治疗,温针灸组以温针灸治疗,对比2组治疗效果。结果联合组治疗效果比温针灸组高(P<0.05);联合组治疗后中医证候积分、不良反应总发生率、颈椎各项功能评分结果均优于温针灸组(P<0.05);联合组治疗后各项血清炎症因子水平比温针灸组低(P<0.05)。结论温针灸联合颈复康颗粒对神经根型颈椎病(风寒阻络型)的治疗效果好。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of warming needle moxibustion combined with Jingfukang granules in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(wind and cold blocking collaterals type).Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(wind and cold blocking collaterals type)treated from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into combined group and warming needle moxibustion group according to treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The combined group was treated with warming needle moxibustion combined with Jingfukang granules,and the warming needle moxibustion group was treated with warming needle moxibustion.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results The therapeutic effect of combined group was higher than that of warming needle moxibustion group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,the total incidence of adverse reactions and the functional scores of cervical vertebra in the combined group were better than those in the warming needle moxibustion group(P<0.05).The levels of serum inflammatory factors in combination group were lower than those in warming needle moxibustion group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of warming needle moxibustion combined with Jingfukang granules is good for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(wind and cold blocking collaterals type).
