小针刀联合中药热敷治疗颈肩肌筋膜炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察小针刀联合中药热敷治疗颈肩肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年7月在开封市中医院治疗的64例颈肩肌筋膜炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各32例。对照组采用小针刀治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合中药热敷治疗。比较2组治疗后临床疗效、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)评分情况。结果 治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组VAS评分、NDI评分改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 小针刀联合中药热敷治疗颈肩肌筋膜炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with Chinese medicine hot compress on cervical and shoulder myofasciitis.Methods A total of 64 patients with cervical and shoulder myofasciitis treated in Kaifeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to July 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupotomy,and the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine hot compress on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)and cervical dysfunction Index(NDI)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The improvement of VAS score and NDI score in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupotomy combined with Chinese medicine hot compress on cervical and shoulder myofasciitis has significant effect,and is worthy of clinical application.
