萆薢渗湿汤联合吻合器痔上粘膜环切术治疗Ⅱ~Ⅲ度混合痔临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨萆薢渗湿汤口服加坐浴联合吻合器痔上粘膜环切术(PPH)治疗Ⅱ~Ⅲ度混合痔(MH)的疗效。方法 60例Ⅱ~Ⅲ度MH患者随机分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组使用PPH联合高锰酸钾坐浴治疗,观察组使用PPH联合萆薢渗湿汤口服加坐浴治疗。对比2组疗效、疼痛评分、临床指标、肛门功能及复发情况。结果 观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分、临床指标、肛门功能及复发情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 萆薢渗湿汤口服加坐浴联合PPH治疗Ⅱ~Ⅲ度MH患者的疗效确切,降低术后疼痛,改善临床指标,减少术后并发症的发生,对肛门功能的恢复及降低复发风险有积极作用。Objective To investigate the effect of oral Bixie Shenshi decoction and hip bath combined with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)in the treatment of grade II-III mixed hemorrhoids(MH).Methods Sixty patients with grade II-III MH were randomized into a control group and a study group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with PPH combined with hip bath using potassium permanganate,while the observation group was treated with PPH combined with oral Bixie Shenshi Decoction and hip bath.The therapeutic effect,pain scores,clinical indicators,anal function and recurrence were compared between groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Pain score,clinical indicators,anal function and recurrence in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral Bixie Shenshi decoction and hip bath combined with PPH is effective in the treatment of patients with grade II-III MH,which can relieve postoperative pain,improve clinical indicators,and reduce postoperative complications,with positive effect on anal function recovery and recurrence reduction.
