摘　　要：产后身痛是由于妇女产后正气不足、气血两虚,加之养护不当而感受风寒湿之邪,于产褥期内出现肢体关节以及肌肉酸痛、麻木、怕凉等为主要症状的风湿病症。针刺在治疗肢体关节疾病方面有明显优势,并且选用针刺方法治疗产后身痛避免了药物可能给哺乳期婴儿带来的伤害。此文分析产后身痛的病因病机,以固元培本、调补气血为基本治疗原则,观察腹针疗法结合四关治疗产后身痛的临床疗效,为临床治疗该疾病提供参考。Postpartum physical pain is a rheumatic disease with the main symptoms of pain,numbness and fear of coldness in limb joints and muscles during the puerperium.It is caused by the lack of vital qi,the deficiency of both qi and blood,and improper maintenance leads to the invasion of wind,cold and dampness.Acupuncture has obvious advantages in the treatment of limb and joint diseases.The use of acupuncture to treat postpartum body pain can avoid the possible harm of drugs to lactating infants.This paper analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of postpartum physical pain,and took the basic treatment principle of strengthening the root,regulating and replenishing qi and blood.The clinical efficacy of acupuncture method of abdominal acupuncture combined with Siguan acupoint on postpartum rheumatism was observed in this study,which provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease.
