摘 要:设计了一种数据计算和分析模型。此模型基于Excel表格工具,以物流生产需求作为输入,总成装配数据库和装配线特征表作为底层计算框架。通过逻辑函数计算,按照一定的规则将所有传动轴产品进行定线分类,根据定线结果对装配产线进行产能分配及溢出分配,得出产能分析结果,并以此来指导产线规划、生产规划和风险预判等工作。进一步地,此模型可横展应用于机加、热处理、锻造,提升效能,亦可拓展至Power BI数据可视化工具,更加直观地展示分析结果,给予决策者有力的数据支撑。A data calculation and analysis modeling has been designed.This model is based on Excel spreadsheet tool,with logistics production demand as input,assembly database and assembly line feature table as the bottom computing framework.According to the logic function calculation,all the CV Driveshaft products are classified according to certain rules.According to the alignment results,the assembly production line is allocated and overflow allocation,and the capacity analysis results are obtained,which can guide the production line planning,production planning and risk prediction.Furthermore,this model can be applied horizontally to machining,heat treatment and forging to improve efficiency,and can also be extended to Power BI data visualization tool to more intuitively display analysis results and give decision-makers strong data support.
