摘 要:为提高磷尾矿大宗固体废弃物低利用率造成的水体污染及资源浪费等问题,采用以白云石质磷尾矿为主要原料,蒙脱石为粘结剂,辅以硬脂酸为造孔剂,通过高温焙烧制备出白云石质磷尾矿多孔陶粒(PMS)。探究孔隙结构、pH、投加量、共存离子等因素对含磷废水吸附性能的影响。研究表明:造孔剂添加量为7%的陶粒,平均孔径为51.326nm,属于大孔材料,其最优吸附初始浓度为5~100mg/L,pH范围为3~7,投加量为40g/L,吸附平衡时间为100min,在25℃时对磷酸盐的吸附效果最好,吸附率为90%~99%。吸附过程遵循伪二级动力学方程和Langmuir等温吸附模型,采用XRF、SEM和BET等对多孔陶粒进行表征和分析,吸附机理主要为静电作用和配体交换。In order to improve the water pollution and resource waste caused by the low utilization rate of the bulk solid waste of phosphorus tailings,dolomite phosphorus tailings as the main raw materials,montmorillonite as the binder,and stearic acid as the pore-forming agent were used to prepare dolomite phosphorus tailings porous ceramsite(PMS)through the high-temperature roasting.The effects of pore structure,pH,dosage,coexisting ions and other factors on the adsorption performance of phosphorus-containing wastewater were investigated.The research showed that the ceramsite with the additional amount of pore-forming agent of 7%,the average pore diameter of 51.326 nm,is a macroporous material.The optimal initial adsorption concentration is 5~100 mg/L,the pH value range is 3~7,the addition amount is 40 g/L,the adsorption equilibrium time is 100 min,the adsorption effect on phosphate is the best at 25℃,and the adsorption rate is 90%~99%.The adsorption process follows the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model.Porous ceramsite was characterized and analyzed by XRF,SEM and BET.The adsorption mechanism was mainly electrostatic interaction and ligand exchange.
