摘 要:合成一种新型氨基三甲叉二膦酸二甲酯膦酸铵阻燃剂,并用核磁共振表征其结构。该阻燃剂整理的棉织物在阻燃剂用量为40.0%时,极限氧指数为38.7%,按照AATCC 61—20132A洗涤标准洗涤50次之后,极限氧指数仍然保持在31.5%。红外光谱、X射线能量色散谱和耐久阻燃性显示阻燃剂通过共价键接枝在了棉织物上,以及膦酸酯基团降低了阻燃剂NH4+与水中钙镁金属离子的交换。扫描电镜观察和X射线衍射结果表明阻燃剂整理对纤维结构仅有较低影响;热重分析和锥形量热分析显示阻燃剂的阻燃机理是典型的凝聚相阻燃机理。因此,与只含有膦酸铵基团的阻燃剂相比,新型氨基三甲叉二膦酸二甲酯膦酸铵阻燃剂能够赋予棉更强的耐久性。在含有膦酸铵的阻燃中引入膦酸酯基团是提高阻燃剂耐久性的有效方法。A novel amino trimethylene diphosphonate dimethyl ammonium phosphoric acid(ATDDAP)flame retardant was synthesized characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).The cotton fabric treat-ed with this flame retardant had a limit oxygen index of 38.7%when the flame retardant dosage was 40.0%.After washing 50 times according to the AATCC 61-20132A washing standard,the limit oxygen index still re-mained at 31.5%.Infrared spectroscopy,X-ray energy dispersion spectroscopy,and durable flame retardancy showed that the flame retardant was covalently grafted onto cotton fabric,and the phosphate ester group re-duced the exchange of flame retardant NH4+with calcium and magnesium metal ions in water.The results of scanning electron microscopy observation and X-ray diffraction indicated that the flame retardant finishing had only a relatively low effect on the fiber structure.Thermogravimetric analysis and cone calorimetry analysis showed that the flame retardant mechanism of the flame retardant was a typical condensed phase flame retar-dant mechanism.Therefore,compared with flame retardants containing only ammonium phosphate groups,the new amino trimethylene diphosphate dimethyl ammonium phosphate flame retardant could endow cotton with higher durability.Introducing phosphate ester groups into flame retardants containing ammonium phos-phate was an effective method to improve the durability of flame retardants.
