摘　　要：对涤纶雨伞面料防水同浴免水洗印花工艺进行研究,通过研究不同防水剂用量和传化防水同浴系列液体分散染料同浴印制后对防水性能以及最终颜色的影响,发色后在未水洗的情况下,对耐摩擦色牢度、耐水洗色牢度及印制发色后正反面色差进行了测试,同时对配好的印浆进行了耐剪切性能测试。结果表明:当防水剂用量为1%时,防水性能较好,而且黑色变深,色光会朝红光、黄光变化。耐摩擦、耐水洗沾色牢度可以达到4级及以上,且正反面色差较小,完全可以达到以印代染的效果,同时耐剪切性能优良,可以满足连续大批量生产需求。A study was carried out on the waterproof and non-washing printing process one bath of poly-ester umbrella fabric.By studying the effects of different amounts of waterproof agents and high fastness liq-uid disperse dyes on the waterproof performance and final color characteristics after one bath printing,the col-or fastness to rubbing,color fastness to water washing,and color differences between the front and back sides after printing were tested without washing.At the same time,the shear resistance of the prepared print-ing paste was tested.The results showed that when the amount of waterproof agent reached 1%,the water-proof performance was better,and the color became darker,and the color light would change towards red and yellow light.The color fastness to friction and water washing could reach level 4 or above.With a small color difference between the front and back sides,the effect of printing instead of dyeing could be achieved.At the same time,the shear resistance was excellent,which could meet production requirements.
