摘  要:某石灰石—石膏法湿法脱硫装置运行一段时间后出现了喷淋系统管道堵塞现象,为了减少经济损失且环保达标,需要在机组不停运的状况下对脱硫系统进行改造。比较了4个喷淋系统改造方案,选择了较优的方案四,并介绍了改造措施和改造效果,认为此次改造达到了降本增效的目的。The spray system pipeline of a limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization(FGD)plant has been blocked after running for a period of time.In order to reduce economic loss and meet environmental standards,the FGD system is required to be modified without shutting down the unit.Comparing four spray system renovation schemes,scheme No.4 is selected.The renovation measures and effect are introduced,and it is considered that the renovation has achieved the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
