摘 要:黄磷炉气的除尘技术不仅影响一次磷收率和企业的经济效益,还会影响收磷系统的运行工况。分析了炉气特性、糊状灰泥产生的原因,比较了常用干法除尘方法的特点,提出一种适用于黄磷炉气干式除尘技术:炉气提升温+惯性预除尘+离心旋流除尘。该除尘技术投资低、系统安全可靠,对生产工况的适应性强,在热法制磷行业应用前景良好,值得推广。Dust removal technology of yellow phosphorus furnace gas not only affects the primary phosphorus yield and enterprise economic benefits,but also influences the operating conditions of phosphorus recovery system.The characteristics of furnace gas and the reasons for paste sludge generation are analyzed.Comparing the characteristics of conventional dry dust removal methods,a dry dust removal technology for yellow phosphorus furnace gas is put forward:furnace gas upgrading temperature+inertial pre-dust removal+centrifugal cyclone dust removal.With low investment,safe and reliable system,strong adaptability to production conditions,the dry dust removal technology has good application prospect in thermal-process phosphorus industry,which is worth promoting.
