摘　　要：可调式孔板阀用于气力输送装置,可使气力输送更高效、灵活、便利,控制手段更多样化,更节能高效。介绍了一种可调式孔板阀的开发背景、结构及原理,并分析了其在气力输送装置中的应用效果,认为可调式孔板阀用于气力输送装置具有控制手段多样化、可操作性强、节能高效等优势,可进一步提升工业生产水平。Adjustable orifice valve used in pneumatic conveying device can make pneumatic conveying more efficient,flexible,convenient,more diversified control measures,and more energy efficient.The development background,structure and principle of an adjustable orifice valve are introduced.Its application effect in pneumatic conveying device is analyzed.It is considered that adjustable orifice valve used in pneumatic conveying device has the advantages of diversified control measures,strong operability,energy saving and high efficiency,which can further improve the industrial production level.
