摘  要:贵金属钯应用广泛,且净消耗量很高。试验研究了中和沉淀协同氧化沉淀氨溶酸化精炼钯工艺,成功制取了w(Pd)=99.64%的高纯海绵钯。对比中和沉淀、氧化沉淀氨溶酸化其他提钯方案,认为中和沉淀协同氧化沉淀氨溶酸化精炼钯工艺,工艺简便易操作,海绵钯产品品位高,产品质量稳定,具有较高的工业应用及推广价值。The noble metal palladium has a wide range application and high net consumption.The neutralization precipitation synergistic oxidative precipitation and ammonia solvation acidification palladium refining process is experimentally investigated,and high-purity sponge palladium with w(Pd)=99.64%was successfully produced.Comparing with other palladium extraction process of neutralization precipitation and oxidative precipitation and ammonia solvation acidification,it is considered that the neutralization precipitation synergistic oxidative precipitation and ammonia solvation acidification palladium refining process is simple and easy to operate.With high grade and stable quality of sponge palladium product,the process is of high value for industrial application and popularization.
