摘　　要：中华人民共和国的戏剧教育事业是在“以俄为师”的“一边倒”政策指引下发展起来的。它是以苏联戏剧教育为典范的,在演剧上推崇以斯坦尼斯拉夫斯基体系为核心的人才培养体系(特别是导表演人才培养体系)。为了这种苏联模式的顺利推行,中国戏剧界前后邀请了七位苏联(援华)戏剧专家来华从事教育教学指导工作。客观地说,这些苏联戏剧精英利用短短三四年时间,为中国戏剧高等教育事业做出了突出的贡献,其影响也一直持续至今。The drama education in People s Republic of China has developed under the guidance of the“one-sided”policy of“learning from Russia”.It is a talent training system(especially the talent training system for directing and acting)that takes the Soviet drama education as a model and praises the Stanislavsky system as the core in acting.In order to facilitate the smooth implementation of this Soviet model,the Chinese theater industry has invited seven Soviet drama experts(assisting China)for educational and teaching guidance.Objectively speaking,these Soviet drama elites have made outstanding contributions to the higher education of Chinese drama in just three or four years,and their influence has continued to this day.
