摘  要:利用紫外-可见光吸收光谱和三维荧光光谱分析了洪泽湖沉积物间隙水有色可溶性有机物(CDOM)的组成、分布特征及来源。结果表明,表层沉积物间隙水溶解态有机碳(DOC)质量浓度范围为18.9~45.1mg/L,其与吸收系数A254和特定吸光度SUVA均呈现西高东低的分布特征,表明西部湖区间隙水CDOM的芳香性相对较高。三维荧光光谱共解析出6种荧光组分,且以类蛋白质组分为主。自生源指数BIX范围为0.78~0.84,表明间隙水CDOM整体呈现内源特性的特点。此外,间隙水DOC浓度、腐殖化指数HIX和类腐殖质组分荧光强度均随着沉积物深度的增加而增加,表明深层沉积物的厌氧环境更有利于陆源类腐殖质组分的保存。表层沉积物的微生物活动使得表层沉积物间隙水类蛋白组分荧光强度高于深层沉积物。In this study,the composition,spatial distribution,and source of chromophoric dissolved organic matter in Hongze Lake sediment pore water were explored through ultraviolet-visible absorbance spectrum and three-dimensional fluorescence spectra.Our results indicated that the dissolved organic carbon(DOC)concentration ranged from 18.9 to 45.1 mg/L,and both the DOC,absorption coefficient A254 and specific absorbance SUVA decreased from western to east.These results suggested that the pore water CDOM tend to be more aromatic in the western lake area.There are six fluorescent components were identified from excitation emission matrix fluorescence spectroscopy,and protein-like components were the main substances.The biological index BIX ranged from 0.78 to 0.84,indicated that CDOM in sediment pore water were dominated with autochthonous sources.Meanwhile,the DOC content,humification index HIX,and fluorescence intensity of humic-like components increased along with the sediment depth,indicating the preferential preservation of humic-like substances under the anoxic environment in deeper sediment.The fluorescence intensity of protein-like components were higher in surface sediment pore water than these in deeper sediments,which might result from the microbial activity in surface sediments.
