摘 要:微藻作为水生生态系统中重要的初级生产者,其生长、竞争受光照、温度、营养盐、pH值、CO_(2)、扰动和流速等多环境因素影响。解析多环境因子对微藻生长、竞争的作用机制对于理解、控制水体富营养化和水华具有重要意义。通过室内多环境因子对微藻生长、竞争影响的方法和进展模拟试验研究发现,单因子驱动下的试验过于简化,HCO_(3)^(-)环境下的pH值调节和分层扰动试验难以实现,缺乏深层水体中微藻生长竞争的模拟研究。建议未来加强不同培养反应器型式下的多环境因子室内模拟实验,以期为水体富营养化防控和水华治理提供依据。As the primary producers in aquatic ecosystems,microalgae are influenced by various environmental factors in their growth and competition,such as light,temperature,nutrients,pH,CO_(2),disturbance and flow rate.The mechanisms of multiple environmental factors on microalgae growth and competition are important for understanding and controlling eutrophication and algal blooms.This paper reviews the methods and progress of indoor simulation experiments in studying the effects of multiple environmental factors on microalgae growth and competition,and points out the current problems and shortcomings,such as the oversimplification of single-factor driven experiments,the dificulty of pH regulation and stratification disturbance experiments in HCO_(3)^(-) environment,and the lack of simulation studies on microalgae growth and competition in deep water.This paper suggests that future research should strengthen the indoor simulation experiments of multiple environmental factors under different reactor types,in order to provide scientific basis and technical support for eutrophication prevention and control and algal bloom management.
