摘 要:国内外学者对复合材料预紧力齿连接技术做了很多相关研究,但现有复合材料预紧力齿连接圆管接头的内套筒只起到施加预紧力的作用,并不参与传递轴向荷载,且其质量占接头总重25%~35%,一定程度上不满足轻量化的设计要求。基于此提出了一种内外套筒共同传力的新型预紧力齿连接接头,并进行了相关试验研究。验证了新型接头的内套筒可以参与传递荷载的整个过程,并得到了新型接头在达到极限承载力时内外金属套筒的荷载分配比例。通过承载力试验结果,证明了内外套筒共同传力的预紧力齿连接接头的力学性能优于传统接头。Based on a lot of related research on the composite pre-tightening tooth connection technology from domestic and foreign scholars,it describes the existing inner sleeve of the composite pre-tightening tooth connection pipe joint,which only plays the role of applying pre-tightening force and does not participate in the bearing and its quality accounts for about 25%~35%of the total weight of the joint.Aiming at this,it puts forwards a new type of pre-tightening force tooth connection joint with internal and external sleeves transmitting force together,and conducts relevant experimental research.It is verified that the inner sleeve of the new joint can participate in the whole process of load transfer,and the load distribution ratio of the inner and outer metal sleeves of the new joint is obtained when the ultimate bearing capacity is reached.According to the bearing capacity test results,it proves that the mechanical properties of the pre-tightening force tooth joint with internal and external sleeves transmitting force together are better than those of the traditional joint.
