摘 要:以某换流站换流阀冷却系统为研究对象,研究了冷却系统主循环模块的主循环泵启动、停止及运行过程中切泵的流量和压力动态特性。通过工程现场换流阀冷却系统模拟试验,分析了换流阀冷却系统的切泵逻辑,在额定进阀流量和额定进阀压力下,分析了主循环泵启停及不同工况下切泵的流量、压力动态特性。研究发现,在设计流量为786 m^(3)/h、进阀压力为0.51 MPa下,主循环泵在启动与停止过程中,压力的建立与跌落远快于流量的建立与跌落,主循环泵的故障回切、工频切软启工况下流量和压力重新建立的稳定运行时间最长。研究结论有助于降低换流阀冷却系统试验的切泵次数及缩短出厂、现场调试时间。Taking the converter valve cooling system of a converter station as the research object,it studies the dynamic characteristics of the flow and pressure of the main circulation pump during the start,stop and operation of the main circulation module of the cooling system.The simulation test method of converter valve cooling system in actual engineering field is adopted,the pump switching logic of the cooling system of the converter valve is simulated,and the dynamic characteristics of the flow and pressure of the main circulating pump is obtained when the cooling system of the converter valve is in the operation state of rated inlet valve flow and rated inlet valve pressure.It is found that when the design flow rate is 786 m^(3)/h and the design inlet valve pressure is 0.51 MPa,the pressure build-up and drop are much faster than the flow build-up and drop during the start and stop process of the main circulating pump.The longest stable operating time for flow and pressure reestablishment when the main circulating pump is under the fault back switching and power frequency switching soft start conditions.These conclusions are helpful to reduce the number of switching pumps in valve cooling system testing and shorten factory and on-site test time.
