摘  要:通过多因素正交试验研究钛合金TA19最优的铣削参数,以降低加工试样表面粗糙度,提高钛合金加工精度和加工质量。采用响应曲面法,运用Design-Expert 8.0软件建立与钛合金TA19具有映射关系的表面粗糙度数学模型,研究了切削速度、切削深度、切削宽度、每齿进给量4个因素对加工试样表面粗糙度的影响规律。试验结果表明:试样表面粗糙度随着切削速度的增大逐渐减小,随着每齿进给量、切削深度、切削宽度的增大逐渐增大;每齿进给量和切削深度对加工试样表面粗糙度的影响最大,切削深度和切削速度的交互作用对试样表面粗糙度的影响最为显著;最优的铣削参数为每齿进给量0.03 mm/z,切削速度133.39 m/min,切削深度0.37 mm,切削宽度1.88 mm。该研究为钛合金TA19铣削参数的优化选择提供一定的理论指导。The milling parameters of titanium alloy TA19 are studied by multi factor orthogonal test in order to reduce the surface roughness of machined samples and improve the machining accuracy and quality of titanium alloy.In this paper,the mathematical model of surface roughness with mapping relationship with titanium alloy TA19 is established by using response surface method and Design-Expert 8.0 software.The effects of cutting speed,cutting depth,cutting width and feed rate per tooth on surface roughness are investigated.The experimental results show that the roughness decreases with the increase of cutting speed;With the increase of feed rate per tooth,cutting depth and cutting width,it increases gradually;The feed rate per tooth and cutting depth have the greatest influence on the surface roughness of the sample,and the interaction of cutting depth and cutting speed has the most significant influence on the surface roughness of the sample.The optimal milling parameters are:feed rate per tooth is 0.03 mm/z,cutting speed is 133.39 m/min,cutting depth is 0.37 mm and cutting width is 1.88 mm.The research results can provide some theoretical guidance for the subsequent optimization selection and control of titanium alloy TA19 milling parameters.
