摘  要:城市黑臭水体的污染来源复杂,不同污染物之间存在复杂的相互作用关系,难以准确评估各污染源对黑臭水体的影响。为有效解决黑臭水体污染事件,提出城市黑臭水体污染特征分析及治理监管研究。使用单因子水质指数算法判断水质污染等级,分析黑臭水体污染特征,构建层次分析模型,明确治理措施的优先级。结合污染特征情况,提出有针对性的治理措施,采用污染源削减、水土保持、生态修复、分段治理的治理监管措施减少黑臭水体。实验结果表明,所提方法能够分析出研究地区的污染物入河量特征和污染源结构特征,且治理后的污染物浓度明显下降。The pollution sources of urban black and smelly water bodies are complex and there are complex interactions between different pollutants.It is difficult to accurately assess the impact of each pollution source on black and smelly water bodies.In order to solve the black and odorous water pollution event effectively,the paper puts forward the analysis of urban black and odorous water pollution characteristics and the study of control and supervision.It uses the single factor water quality index algorithm to judge the level of water pollution,analyzes the characteristics of black and odorous water pollution,builds an analytic hierarchy process model,and clarifies the priority of treatment measures.Based on the characteristics of pollution,targeted governance measures are proposed,including pollution source reduction,soil and water conservation,ecological restoration,and segmented governance to reduce black and odorous water bodies.The experimental results show that the proposed method can analyze the characteristics of pollutant inflow and pollution source structure in the study area,and the concentration of pollutants after treatment significantly decreases.
