摘　　要：在当今世界大国竞争中,国际舆论发挥着重要作用。当前国际舆论格局并未发生与国际格局相称的变化,国际舆论仍由西方主导,强权政治的逻辑在其中起主要作用。中国虽然已经成为能够影响世界发展的重要战略力量,但对国际舆论影响力不足,西方主导的国际舆论所塑造的中国形象被严重歪曲。为改变这种局面,中国努力提升国际舆论引导力,并增进不同文明之间的交流与对话,这有助于引导国际社会认识中国发展的和平性,促进不同文明相互尊重和彼此欣赏,消除西方所谓“普世价值”的负面影响。增进文明交流对话、加强国际舆论引导,要推动全人类共同价值深入人心,使国际社会理解中华文明的精神实质及其当代价值,阐释好中国的发展战略与中华文明的关系。In today's world power competition,international public opinion plays an important role.The current international public opinion pattern doesn't change commensurate with the international pattern.International public opinion is still dominated by Western countries,and the logic of power politics still plays a major role.China has become an important strategic force that can influence world development,its influence on international public opinion is insufficient.At the same time,the image of China shaped by Western-dominated international public opinion has been seriously distorted.In order to change this situation,China strives to strengthen the guiding power of international public opinion and enhances exchanges and dialogues among different civilizations.These efforts help guide the international community to recognize the peaceful nature of China's development,promote mutual respect and appreciation among different civilizations,and eliminate the negative impact of Western so-called“universal values”.In order to promote dialogue among civilizations and strengthen the guidance of international public opinion,it is necessary to make the common values of humanity deeply root in people's hearts,to make the international community understand the spiritual essence of Chinese civilization and its contemporary values,and to effectively explain the relationship between China's development strategy and Chinese civilization.
