摘　　要：资源型城市的高质量发展对我国工业经济发展、能源资源安全保障具有重要意义,但资源型城市发展中普遍存在产业结构单一、生态环境脆弱、可持续发展能力弱等问题。郴州是我国典型的资源型城市,钨、铋等有色金属资源丰富,目前发展面临着部分资源保障能力下降、矿业利润率仍需提升、绿色发展水平有待提高、科技创新动力不足等问题。本文结合郴州市矿产资源禀赋特点以及矿业发展现状,提出了积极争取勘查专项基金、产业链发展精准施策、创新生态修复模式、优化矿业营商环境等建议,为探索资源型城市高质量发展路径提供相关参考。The high quality development of resource-based cities is of great significance to the development of China's industrial economy and the security of energy and resources,but there are many problems in the development of resource-based cities,such as single industrial structure,fragile ecological environment and weak sustainable development ability.Chenzhou is a typical resource-based city in China,rich in tungsten,bismuth and other non-ferrous metal resources.At present,the development of Chenzhou faces some problems,such as the decline of resource support capacity,the need to improve the profit margin of mining industry,the need to improve the level of green development and the lack of impetus for scientific and technological innovation.Based on the characteristics of mineral resources endowment in Chenzhou and the status quo of mining development,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as actively striving for the special exploration funds,precise policies for the development of industrial chain,innovating ecological restoration mode and optimizing mining business environment,to provide relevant reference for exploring the high-quality development path of resource-based cities.
