摘 要:为探究关中奶山羊不同泌乳时期的蛋白组差异,运用TMT技术对关中奶山羊初乳组与成熟乳组蛋白组方面的差异进行分析,利用PCA分析对可信蛋白进行分析鉴定,结合差异蛋白筛选条件:Foldchange>1.2且P<0.05,得到差异蛋白,通过GO和KEGG数据库对差异蛋白富集通路进行分析。结果表明,在初乳和成熟乳中共筛选出241个差异蛋白,其中80个蛋白显著表达上调,161个蛋白显著表达下调。山羊初乳表现出更多与免疫疾病相关的代谢通路,成熟乳表现出更多与癌症相关的通路,研究结果促进了对山羊奶中蛋白质多态性的研究,为进一步揭示不同泌乳时期的山羊奶的营养价值提供了理论依据。Goat milk is an indispensable part of China's dairy industry.To explore the proteome differences of Guanzhong milk goats in different lactation periods.In this experiment,TMT technology was used to analyze the differences between colostrum group and mature milk histone group of Guanzhong milk goats,PCA analysis was used to analyze and identify the credible protein,and the differential protein was obtained by combining the screening conditions of differential protein:Foldchange>1.2 and P-value<0.05.Differential protein enrichment pathways were analyzed through GO and KEGG databases.The results showed that 241 differential proteins were screened from colostrum and mature milk,of which 80 proteins were significantly up-regulated and 161 proteins were significantly down-regulated.Goat colostrum shows more metabolic pathways related to immune diseases,and mature milk shows more pathways related to cancer.This research result promotes the study of protein polymorphism in goat milk,and provides a theoretical basis for further revealing the nutritional value of goat milk at different lactation stages.
