老龄化视角下福州市城市公园绿地供需的空间分异特征

摘　　要：为了提高老年人生活质量评价和公园绿地空间布局的合理性,利用改进的两步移动搜索模型计算公园绿地的可达性,结合空间多准则分析方法,揭示福州市主城区各社区整体和不同类型公园绿地供需的空间分异特征.结果表明:①福州市主城区公园绿地的供需匹配程度整体偏低,45.2%的社区为较差及以下水平;②整体上,公园绿地供需的空间分异不显著,46%的社区为供给不足及以下水平,集中在台江区北部;③不同类型公园绿地中,综合公园绿地供需的空间分异较不显著,但社区公园绿地和专类公园绿地供需的空间分异较为显著,且以无供给为主,集中分布于台江区、鼓楼区北部和晋安区东部.In order to improve the evaluation of the life quality of the elderly and the rationality of the spatial layout of park green space,the improved two-step floating catchment area model was used to calculate the accessibility of park green space.Combined with the spatial multi-criteria analysis method,the spatial divergence characteristics of supply and demand of the whole commu-nity and different types of park green space in the main urban area of Fuzhou City were revealed.The results showed that:①the matching degree of supply and demand of park green space in the main urban area of Fuzhou City was low in general,and 45.2%of the communities were at a poor or below level.②On the whole,the spatial divergence of supply and demand of park green space was not significant,and 46%of the communities were undersupply and below,concentrated in the north of Taijiang District,Fuzhou City.③Among different types of park green space,the spatial divergence of supply and demand of comprehensive park green space was not significant,but the spatial divergence of supply and demand of community park green space and specialty park green space was significant,and it was mainly non-supply,concentrated in Taijiang District,northern Gulou District and eastern Jin′an District.
