以彝族民歌文化推进凉山地区精神文明建设发展

摘　　要：彝族民歌作为我国特有的非物质文化遗产,是彝族文化的主要表现形式之一。彝族民歌除旋律特征、演唱风格和歌词内容有着鲜明特点外,还饱含彝族人民对历史文化、哲学思想和生产生活的独特审美与解读。凉山地区在推进中国式现代化进程中,着力实施物质文明和精神文明相协调的现代化,使二者相互促进并协调发展。凉山彝族民歌是促进凉山地区精神文明建设的重要方式。当前,立足于凉山地区民众的生活,从彝族民歌文化中提炼出符合当今时代需要的思想理念、道德规范、价值追求,赋予丰富的时代内涵,对促进凉山彝族民歌文化振兴、推进凉山地区精神文明建设具有重要的现实意义。本文通过田野调查,采集和整理凉山地区毕摩音乐和民歌传承人的音视频,运用频谱信息检索方式,对调式调性、旋律节奏、歌词内容等进行音乐分析,探究凉山彝族民歌的音乐特征和历史文化内涵,进而提出传承保护凉山彝族音乐的策略,丰富当地民众精神生活需求,弘扬中华民族优秀传统文化,推进精神文明建设,铸牢中华民族共同体意识。As a unique intangible cultural heritage in China,Yi folk songs are considered as one of the main manifestations of Yi culture.In addition to their distinctive melodic features,singing styles,and lyrical content,they also contain the unique aesthetic and spiritual connotations of the Yi people dealing with history,culture,religious beliefs,philosophical ideas,and economic production and life.For example,the Bimo Teyi—sung by Bimo,the inheritor and disseminator of Yi culture—is sacred and solemn;in addition,the Yi people s creation epic Le o Teyi has a distinct rhythm and a rich sense of music when recited;seen by many as an ethical and moral principle for educating future generations,the ancient song Mamu Teyi has a clear and beautiful rhythm.Bimo Ancient Song music,being an ancient art passed down orally by Bimo,sprouted in the thick soil of the Liangshan region.At present,the government together with institutes at different levels have been actively striving to create a new Liangshan by using the resources of Yi folk song culture.For example,the Fourth Primary School of Xichang City has established the“Soma Flower Chorus”based on the characteristics of the music discipline in the Yi region,and actively participated in provincial,prefecture,and city literary performances,achieving good social benefits;the“Daliangshan International Drama Festival in Xichang,China”has been successfully held for three sessions,sharing local ethnic culture with the world,laying a foundation for Yi music to enter the international stage,and building a platform for the exchange of Chinese and international culture;the Liangshan Prefecture Cultural Bureau has taken various measures,such as the establishment of an Intangible Cultural Heritage Research and Protection Center in 2011 to continuously improve the output and protection of Liangshan s characteristic culture.While consolidating the modern material foundation of culture,the construction of spiritual civilization in the Liangshan area needs more coordinated developmen
