摘 要:以改善30CrMnSi钢中温磷化膜性能为目的,开发了基于氟化镍为促进剂的中温磷化配方。利用开路电位-时间(E-t)曲线研究了氟化镍的促进作用,利用单因素实验考察了柠檬酸和磷化时间对磷化膜性能的影响,通过正交试验优化了磷酸二氢锌、硝酸锌、磷酸、氟化镍的含量。结果表明:当氟化镍含量达到0.8 g/L时,促进了磷化膜的生长过程,磷化反应效果明显;单因素实验和正交试验优化的磷化配方为磷酸二氢锌30 g/L、硝酸锌80 g/L、磷酸8 g/L、氟化镍2 g/L、柠檬酸添加量为1.2 g/L,在60℃下磷化6~10 min。To improve the performance of the middle-temperature phosphating film of 30CrMnSi steel,a middle-temperature phosphating formula based on nickel fluoride as an accelerator was developed.The promotion effect of nickel fluoride was studied by open circuit potential-time(E-t)curve.The effects of citric acid and phosphating time on the properties of phosphating films were investigated by single-factor experiment.The contents of zinc dihydrogen phosphate,zinc nitrate,phosphoric acid and nickel fluoride were optimized by orthogonal experiment.Experiment results showed that when the content of nickel fluoride reached 0.8 g/L,the growth process of phosphating film was promoted,and the phosphating reaction effect was obvious.The optimum phosphating formula was zinc dihydrogen phosphate 30 g/L,zinc nitrate 80 g/L,phosphoric acid 8 g/L,nickel fluoride 2 g/L,citric acid 1.2 g/L,phosphating at 60℃for 6‒10 min.
